Your Website, Store or App — From Idea to Launch
We design and build websites, online stores and mobile apps for companies and individuals in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia. Every project starts with one question: what should a visitor do when they arrive? Call you, request a quote, or buy — then we build every page to get them there in a few steps.
Because Rio also delivers branding, photography and content writing in Arabic and English under one roof, your website can move forward together with your logo, its photos and its copy as one project on one timeline, instead of you coordinating several vendors who have never met.
- Corporate & Business Websites: A web presence that introduces your business and builds your customer’s trust before they contact you.
- Online Stores on Salla, Zid or WordPress: Clear storefronts that take your customer from browsing a product to completing an order — or a custom build when ready-made platforms are not enough.
- Mobile Apps (iOS & Android): Easy-to-use apps that put your brand directly in your customer’s pocket.
- Intuitive UX/UI Design: Clean, minimalist interfaces that prioritize ease of use and high conversion.
Three Kinds of Projects — Each With a Different Job
Corporate Website
Pages that introduce your company and its services and answer your customer’s questions before they call: who you are, what you offer, why choose you and how to reach you. Its job is to turn a visitor into a call or a quote request. Usually delivered within 3 days.
Online Store
A storefront that shows your products and takes orders online: clear product pages, a shopping cart and a short checkout. We build it on Salla, Zid or WordPress, or as a custom build, depending on the size of your business. Delivered within two weeks at most.
Mobile App
An iOS and Android app that stays on your customer’s phone and brings them back to you — to order, book, track an order or contact you directly, depending on what your business needs.
Everything a Website Needs to Work — Not Just the Design
User Experience & Interface
We arrange the pages and the visitor’s path before the colours: where they start, what they read and where they tap. Then we design a clean interface in your brand identity.
Full Design & Development
From design to development and launch readiness, handled by one team that knows the project from the start.
Works on Every Device
A responsive design that displays clearly on phones, tablets and computers, whichever device your customer uses.
Search-Engine-Friendly Structure
Page titles, descriptions and a heading structure Google understands from day one — the foundation search visibility is built on.
Arabic & English Content
We write your page copy in Arabic and English, in clear language that answers your customers’ questions, if your content is not ready yet.
A Store Ready to Sell
Product pages and cart, plus payment gateway and shipping integration, so an order travels from the click to your customer’s door.
Domain & Hosting on Request
If you need them, we register your domain and set up hosting as part of the project. If you already have them, we build on what you have.
Branding & Photography When Needed
If you do not have a logo or photos yet, Rio’s branding and photography teams handle them within the same project.
Free Support, Then Ongoing Maintenance
After delivery you get a free support period, followed by ongoing maintenance and updates that keep your site working as it should.
Salla, Zid, WordPress or a Custom Build — Which Is Right for Your Store?
The first decision in any online store is the platform it runs on. There is no single right answer for everyone — it depends on how many products you have, how you sell, and what you want your store to do a year from now, not just today. We build on all four, so our advice follows your business, not a platform we are tied to.
Ready-made platforms: Salla and Zid
You open your store inside an existing platform and get a dashboard for adding products and receiving orders, plus ready-made connections to payment methods and shipping companies. They usually suit those who want to start selling quickly with a lower upfront cost, and whose products and way of selling are standard. The limit is that you work within the design and features the platform allows.
WordPress
An open system that runs on hosting of your choice and can serve a corporate website and a store together. It gives more freedom in design and in adding features than ready-made platforms, and in return it needs hosting and regular maintenance.
A custom-built store
Built around your business rather than the other way round: complex product options, integration with your internal systems, or a buying experience that templates cannot offer. It needs more time and a larger upfront budget, and suits those who have outgrown ready-made platforms — or know in advance that they will.
Not sure which one fits? Tell us about your products and how you sell when you request a quote, and we will recommend the option that suits you. And if your store needs day-to-day running once it is built — product listing, offers and performance follow-up — that is our Digital Store service.
Four Stages From First Call to Launch
Understanding Your Need
We reply to your request, then meet you — in a meeting or a visit — to understand who your customer is, what you want them to do when they arrive, and the deadline you are working to. This defines the project scope and the quote.
Planning & Design
We arrange the pages and the visitor’s path, then design the interface in your brand identity before development begins.
Development & Content
We build the website, store or app, prepare its copy and images, and review it on mobile and desktop.
Launch & Delivery
We launch on the agreed date, and your feedback is handled before final hand-over — then your free support period begins.
How Much Does a Website Cost in Saudi Arabia?
There is no single price that fits every website, and any figure given before your needs are known is a price for a generic template, not for your project. The cost is set by clear factors you can estimate yourself before you contact any company:
- Project type: a corporate website, an online store or a mobile app — each with a different amount of work.
- Number of pages and sections: a site of a few pages is not the same as one with many sections and services.
- Languages: one language, or Arabic and English together.
- Required features: enquiry forms, appointment booking, online payment, customer accounts, or integration with other systems.
- For a store: Salla, Zid, WordPress or a custom build, and the number of products and their options.
- For an app: iOS, Android or both.
- Content and images: are your copy and photos ready, or do we write and prepare them for you?
- Domain and hosting: do you already have them, or do you want us to arrange them within the project?
- After launch: how much maintenance and updating you need once the free support period ends.
Send us whatever you already know of these details and we will come back with a quote built on your project’s scope.
How Long Does It Take to Build a Website?
A corporate website is usually delivered within 3 days, and an online store within two weeks at most, once we have agreed the details. Having your copy and images ready from the start helps us keep to these timelines.
If your project is tied to a date — an opening, a campaign or an exhibition — tell us when you request a quote and we will plan the work around it.
After Delivery
A website does not end on launch day: prices change, services grow and products are renewed. That is why every project is followed by a free support period after delivery, and then ongoing maintenance and updates, so your website, store or app stays accurate and up to date instead of ageing where it stands. The details are set out in your quote.

How to Choose the Best Web Design Company for Your Project
“The best” is not one company for everyone — it is the one that fits your project and answers you clearly. Before you choose any company, Rio or anyone else, ask these six questions:
- Can I see previous work close to what I need? A beautiful screenshot is not enough; open the live site and try it yourself.
- What exactly does the quote include? Number of pages, languages, content, features, domain and hosting — and what it does not include.
- How does the site look on a phone, and how fast does it open? Your customer will not wait.
- What will be handed over to me when the project ends? Accounts, logins, the control panel and whatever you need to run your site.
- What happens after launch? Is there a free support period, and who handles maintenance and changes after it?
- Is the site built to be found in search engines? Page titles, descriptions, speed and structure.
A serious company answers these before you pay. If you would like to hear our answers, request a quote or call us on +966 55 408 3385.
Website, Store & App Design — Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a website cost in Saudi Arabia?
The cost is set by the project’s scope: its type (corporate website, store or app), its number of pages and languages, its features, whether its content, images, domain and hosting are ready, and the maintenance it needs afterwards. That is why we do not give a figure before we know what you need — send your project details through our quote request and we will come back with a quote built on them.
Do you build online stores on Salla and Zid?
Yes. We build stores on Salla and Zid, on WordPress, or as a custom build when ready-made platforms are not enough — and we recommend the option that suits your products and the way you sell.
How long does it take to build a website or an online store?
A corporate website is usually delivered within 3 days, and an online store within two weeks at most, once we have agreed the details. If your project is tied to a specific date, tell us when you request a quote and we will plan the work around it.
What is the difference between a store on Salla or Zid and a custom-built store?
A ready-made platform gives you a dashboard and ready connections to payment and shipping, and usually suits a quick start with a lower upfront cost. A custom-built store is shaped around your business and its specific features, and needs more time and budget. WordPress sits between the two: more freedom than ready-made platforms, with hosting and maintenance of its own.
Does the quote include the domain and hosting?
The quote is built on what you need: if you want us to register the domain and set up hosting, they are part of the quote; if you already have them, we build on what you have.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes. We build websites with a responsive design that displays clearly on phones, tablets and computers.
Will my website appear in Google search results?
We build the site with a search-engine-friendly structure: a title and description for every page, a clear heading structure, and pages Google can understand. The ranking itself is decided by Google’s algorithm, the competition for your keywords and your site’s content over time — and nobody can honestly guarantee you first place.
Do you write the website content in Arabic and English?
Yes, we write website content in Arabic and English. And if you do not have a logo or photos yet, Rio’s branding and photography teams handle them within the same project.
Is there support after delivery?
Yes. Every project is followed by a free support period after delivery, and then ongoing maintenance and updates: content updates, changes and site maintenance. The details are set out in your quote.
Do you develop iOS and Android apps?
Yes. We develop mobile apps for iOS and Android, and at the start we decide with you whether your project needs both platforms or one of them.
Do you work with clients outside Riyadh?
Yes. We are based in Riyadh and work with companies and individuals across Saudi Arabia.
Do you meet with me before the quote?
Yes. After your request we arrange a meeting or a visit to understand your project, then build the quote on what we agreed.
